The cooperative was founded in 2020 by passionate blueberry growers from the Western Serbia region and quickly distinguished itself as a leader in regenerative fruit production.

Primarily grown

At an altitude of around 500 meters

Takovo Berry is primarily grown in the sun-drenched mountain microclimate of western Serbia, enjoying over 2,000 hours of sunshine annually at an altitude of around 500 meters. The volcanic soil, abundant water sources, and favorable climate create the perfect environment for berry cultivation. However, the cooperative does not rely solely on natural advantages. By applying regenerative principles, we restore soil balance, strengthen plant resilience, reduce the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, and at the same time produce nutritious, safe food.

Takovo Berry holds group GlobalGAP certification along with social standards Grasp and Sedex Smeta.

Under the cooperative currently we have 70h of blueberry plants
